OUR MISSION

The idea of forming a law enforcement training company began more than 10 years ago. Our founders developed a strong professional bond while working and managing high-risk cases within a statewide criminal intelligence unit. Together, they led numerous state and federal investigations against organized criminal enterprises in Louisiana and across multiple states.

Their consistent success was driven by the disciplined application of sound investigative techniques and proven principles. Combined with a deep commitment to removing dangerous criminals from the streets, this experience created a unique opportunity: to share their operational knowledge and real-world expertise with others in the law enforcement community.

Early on, they identified training gaps within the profession. In response, they began developing core classes focused on practical, field-ready applications. They initially delivered instruction to cadets and students as adjunct instructors at two major law enforcement training academies. As demand grew, they expanded their offerings to agencies throughout the region.

The mission has remained unchanged: ​To equip recruits, active law enforcement officers, and other first responders with practical tools and actionable knowledge they can immediately apply in the field—always with a primary emphasis on safety.

 

Above all, they believe that every officer should return home safely at the end of each shift. Officers must be prepared not only to survive physically but also to remain strong mentally and emotionally. Their training is designed to build resilience across all three dimensions, ensuring officers are fully equipped to face the challenges of the job.
